Virtual Sessions:
Virtual sessions will be conducted via an agreed-upon online platform. The Student is responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, appropriate technology, and a quiet environment. Technical difficulties on the Student’s end will not result in refunds or session extensions.
In-Person Sessions:
In-person sessions will take place at an agreed-upon location. The Student is responsible for arriving on time and complying with all location policies and safety guidelines.
Session Fee
Payment is due prior to the scheduled session unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduling & Arrival Policy
Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.
A 10-minute grace period is provided for each session.
If the Student arrives more than 10 minutes late or does not attend, the session will be considered missed.
Missed Appointments & Cancellations
Missed appointments, late arrivals beyond the grace period, or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
Missed sessions will not be rescheduled.
Professional Boundaries
The Tutor will not complete assignments, exams, quizzes, clinical documentation, or any graded work on behalf of the Student.
All payments are final.
No refunds will be issued once this agreement is signed, regardless of attendance, schedule changes, or academic outcome.
